Shotly launches superfood shot with probiotics
Shotly enters the Brazilian functional beverage market with its first superfood shot rich in natural probiotics. The brand's proposal is to combine ancestral fermentation, organic ingredients, and nutritional science to offer a practical solution focused on gut health and the prevention of chronic diseases.
The product launch utilizes long-fermentation kombucha technology, ensuring 100% natural probiotics, without added powder, preservatives, or sugar. Produced with organic and agroforestry inputs, the initial products come in two versions: Immunity Shot, with turmeric, ginger, cardamom, Ceylon cinnamon, black pepper, and Sicilian lemon; and Detox Shot, with matcha-mate, oregano, lemongrass, and mint. The first combines anti-inflammatory action and immune system support, while the second aids digestion, detoxification, and combats oxidative stress.
According to the founders, the Portuguese-Brazilian couple Inês Lima and Márcio Rossetti, Shotly was created out of concern for the current health and food landscape. "Obesity kills more than hunger, over 70% of diseases worldwide are chronic, and 56% of soils are already degraded, reducing the nutritional quality of food," says Inês.
The brand was developed in partnership with doctors, nutritionists, and integrative health specialists. The concept combines ancient wisdom from nature with scientific advancements to create concentrated superfood formulas, designed for daily consumption in practical doses.
Shotly's journey began at industry fairs and events, notably Naturaltech 2024, where it gained recognition by being among the top 50 products at the fair and achieving 4th place in the beverage innovation category. After the award, the company underwent rebranding, expanded its production capacity, and is already planning expansion into the international market.
By October 2025, the brand anticipates new formulations and formats, strengthening its position in the functional superfood segment.
